THE RIDE (registered brand) is the CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data and informs that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

What do we use your personal data for and why?

Depending on the form through which your personal data has been collected, it will be processed confidentially for the following purposes:

In Contact forms

How long do we keep your personal data?

Personal data will be kept no longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing or to comply with legal obligations. Once no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymised.

Do we share your personal data?

Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of processing, such as with service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the required confidentiality and data processing agreements in accordance with current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

Users have the right to:

• Access, rectify, transfer or delete their data, and to restrict or object to its processing.
• File a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they believe that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

Users, by ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in fields marked with an asterisk (*) in contact or download forms, expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to process their request, while the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary.

The user guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and undertakes to communicate any changes.

The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service. If all data is not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services offered will fully meet the user’s needs.

In accordance with current data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, particularly with the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR, under which data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently, and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
